Crystals and stones are unique pieces that are intuitively chosen, unless otherwise specified in the product description ('as pictured'). All sales are final. No exchanges, refunds, or returns. Sunny Vibe Crystals is not responsible for items damaged during transit. If you do receive an order with significant damage, send a clear picture of the damaged item including the order number to support@sunnyvibecrystals.com within 7 days of delivery. We will be happy to assist on a case-by-case basis.
